My stay at Jing An Shangri-La was quite enjoyable with spacious, well-decorated rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, I did find the coffee situation a bit disappointing, as I expected a proper coffee machine in such a luxury hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai. The facilities were great, especially the gym and spa, which were some of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. However, my check-in experience was a bit rocky due to staff attitude, but it improved after talking it out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and superb service.
